Order Processing
We process orders within one to two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will keep you informed every step of the way. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options tailored to your location and preferred delivery method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Switzerland and EU (Standard Shipping): 2-5 business days
- Switzerland and EU (Express Shipping): 1-2 business days
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout.
Important Notice for Customers in Spain: Due to customs regulations specific to cosmetic and skincare products, we are unable to ship orders to Spain.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer free shipping for orders over 200 Swiss Francs / Euro within Switzerland and the European Union.
International Shipping Outside Switzerland and the EU
For international orders, we ship from Germany. Please note:
- Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal services.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate. You can monitor your package's progress until it arrives.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate during checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses due to entry errors. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.
